What do you like best about Lusha?

The Sales Playlist feature makes finding and organizing prospects feel effortless. I can build lists based on my ICP, save them into playlists, and instantly push them into outreach — no more CSV hell. The AI recommendations are surprisingly accurate, and I’ve seen a noticeable jump in reply rates since using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

Honestly, the UI took a second to get used to — the music metaphor threw me off at first. Also, I’d love a bit more filtering control when building playlists, like layering in intent signals or funding rounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lusha?

It's been able to get the information that I'm looking for.

Mostly mobile numbers, email addresses for prospects. Integrates well with Salesforce and LinkedIn.

Lusha makes it easy for me to find accurate contact details of important decision-makers in our target companies.

The tool is very user-friendly and saves a lot of time for my team.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

The data availability is an issue, you would find around 50 - 60% of contact details.

Sometimes, when searching for prospects in very niche industries or contacts who are not in senior roles, the data availability can be a bit limited.

What I like best about Lusha is how quick and easy it is to find direct contact details like phone numbers and verified emails — it saves a lot of time when prospecting and helps me reach the right people faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lusha?

Lusha has enabled be to kickstart my market research. I am now able to find details of potential customers and also of prospects whose other details I do not know.

The filters are easy to apply and it hardly took me an hour to set up my whole workflow.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

What do you like best about Lusha?

They offer 150 credits in free version. Their data is usually updated and also indicate job change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

They should offer more free credits for mobile phones. In free version they only offer 10 credits for phone numbers. There should be more credits for phone number i.e. 50 for phone number in free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lusha?

The data itself feels at parity with Apollo - not significantly better.

Certainly better than ZoomInfo.

But it does not make up for the shortcomings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

Lusha does not two-way sync CRM Company / Contact ownership. Searching in their UI, you will not be able to discern if accounts or contacts are currently owned or worked.

The fix is to work between Lusha & the CRM or use a static CSV, which is not scalable with large teams.

Company ownership will override the CRM if someone does not check...which will create both duplicative effort and culture conflict.

Their support model is also terrible. During set up, I had questions about setting up an API and it took a full week to get someone on the phone for what was solved in a 15 minute call.

We've had issues with their CSV exports being sporadically formatted.

I have purchased dozens of softwares in my career and this is easily the worst experience I have had to-date.

Upon giving this exact feedback, they also do not care and said the fix would likely be at least 12 months out - top notch customer experience 😂 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lusha chrome extension is super useful, allow you to get multiple cell numbers of the prospect.
