"LinkedIn is an App of Great Possibilities"
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

LinkedIn suggests jobs based on your experience, skills, education, and interests. The algorithm improves as you update your profile and engage with content. You can see who posted a job (in many cases).

You can message recruiters directly or connect with employees at the company. Get alerts when new jobs are posted that match your criteria. It can be customized by location, job title, experience level, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Jobs often have hundreds of applicants within hours. Especially true for popular roles with “Easy Apply”—it can become a floodgate. Less active users get buried. Job updates mixed with personal posts, thought leadership, and irrelevant ads—it can be distracting or feel like a popularity contest. Sometimes pushes jobs just because of trending keywords on your profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Platform for Personalized Job Opportunities"
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

I appreciate how LinkedIn tailors job suggestions based on my profile, skills, and interests. The ability to see if your connections work at the company is helpful, and the option to apply directly or save jobs for later is convenient.

It’s integrated with your professional network, which adds credibility and networking potential to your job hunt. You can follow companies, get application insights, and track your progress easily. Job alerts and filters make the process more efficient, and many listings offer “Easy Apply” to save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

At times, job listings are outdated or already closed. There can also be overlap or redundancy in job alerts. Some roles show limited information unless you're using LinkedIn Premium, which can be frustrating for free users.

The filtering system could be more precise, especially when searching by experience level or remote roles. Also, company responses are rare, and the “Easy Apply” feature sometimes feels like it leads to fewer callbacks compared to more detailed applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The OG's of job search"
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

The fact that linkedin keeps updating their platform to offer support/ change the UI/ and add other features is something commendable.

The simplicity of using linkedin, is what all the job search engines should really focus on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Sometimes you have to go deeper and tweak settngs in order to see certain jobs/recruiters/accounts, as you provide your info, it should be able to detect them and use that to suggest jobs, also simplify their settings and provide a sort of short form guidance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LinkedIn Job Search Experience"
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

I find LinkedIn Job Search very useful for finding jobs that matches my profile details. You can add as many skills and verified certificates as you like, and the platform does a wonderful job of suggesting profiles of jobs matching your profile requirements. One of the features I liked the most is the Easy Apply option, which allows you to apply for jobs in just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Sometimes, I get job suggestions totally unrelated to my skills, even with a detailed resume and keywords set. Even after applying to dozens of jobs but barely get any response or feedback, even with a strong profile. LinkedIn Premium promises more visibility and insights, but I didn’t see any difference in getting response from recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LinkedIn allowed me to find a job, which is not at all obvious!"
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

Job searching on LinkedIn is very simple and smooth. Everything is well organized by categories, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Thanks to filters (location, contract type, sector, experience, etc.), you can quickly refine your search. You can also activate alerts to receive offers tailored to your profile. Additionally, it is easy to see who posted the job offer and to contact recruiters directly or to expand your professional network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

What I appreciate less about LinkedIn Job Search is that some job postings lack details or redirect to less user-friendly external platforms. It also happens that some listings remain visible even though they are no longer active. Finally, the high competition for some positions makes the process sometimes discouraging, especially when you don't receive any feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very organized and easy"
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

I love how it gives you a preview of the job with bulleted information that applies to you. You can see the income, the qualifications and what is expected of you in the job. The navigation of using linked in is simple and effective. You can put in your location and find suitable jobs in your area or within what you are looking for in a job. Personally I use it every day from my phone or laptop and haven't had any issues with it. I love how easy it was to connect my account between my mobile app and my laptop. This let me pick up where I left off on my job searches. A lot of the different websites let you import your linkedin profile so that you can upload it as your resume and will fill in the information for you. Plus you can download your profile as a full resume to make filling out applications easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

One of the downsides of using the linkedIn job search is that you often are redirected to the jobs main website to fill out the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not up to par"
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

Its a great platform to connect with people and learn more about them. And it was a best place to find job. Its a bridge between employee and employer to showcase their career and achievements through out their studies and job Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

It used to be good had lot of opportunities. But now it's lacking technology. And it's not much updated ever since. I still feel don't feel same about the linkedin as it used to be interactive. Now The job postings stays even after a months and years. Even though the company are not hiring it's still on the job listing. Just for promotion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
