What do you like best about Lead411?

In this day and age, esp. regarding technology, most of the platforms make it very difficult to speak directly with someone, even if you have their contact info from when you originally onboarded. This is why I was pleasantly surprised that each time I reached out to my original Lead411 contact, Ryan Tierney, he replied within mins of my message that was sent out. His replies were prompt and even included videos to help me maneuver more effectively on this platform. The one feature I needed the most was not in my original plan, but Ryan, worked it out for me. Now there's much value in working with Lead411. I'm most selective of the services I use, and for me to write a review, they have to knock me off my feet. What do you like best about Lead411?

It has a simple UX, so there is minimal learning curve... very strong sorting (company size/$, titles, employees, geo-area/zip codes, etc.) to create targeted lists. You can also filter to ensure that the contacts you select have direct dial and mobile tel #'s.

Month to month and annual options; with the annual subscriptions offering intent data as well.

In terms of how robust the overall data and ability to massage it is, I would place Lead411 second only to ZoomInfo; but, ZoomInfo is a LOT more expensive and complex.

For SMB-SME sales teams, Lead411 offers accurate data, and the ability to massage it into an actionable format at a very competitive price-point. I just started as lead salesperson for net-new B2B at my firm, and at my recommendation we have subscribed to Lead411. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead411?

I started using Lead 411 for B2B contacts and somehow I see the results. Its yet too early to decide anything but yes I got a better offer than anywhere else with Lead411. Lead411 is incredibly intuitive to use. It allows me to identify and connect with prospects efficiently, which is essential for my introductory email campaigns. The Buyer Intent data is strong. And that you can feed into a outreach sequence is a big bonus for me.

There is a bit of clunkiness to the platform. It was difficult to see the regions for sorting contacts. The instructionvideos were a bit choppy...though completed in anothervideo selection, the video didn't say so, giving the impression that there was nothing left.

Customer service is professional and good, just quite slow. Felt like I was taxing Ryan with dumb question that could easily been answered by AI or strong knowledge base. It's all email based soit slowds things downquite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead411?

As a Chief Everything Officer for a growing 12 year-old startup, finding quality leads is crucial. After a frustrating stint with outdated list providers, Lead411 has been a game-changer.

The biggest win for me is the data quality. With the lists we were chasing dead ends or bouncing off bad emails all the time. That doesn't work anymore, and hasn't for years. Lead411 contacts are accurate and up-to-date, with details like titles, phone numbers, and even technology stacks used by the company. This lets me personalize my outreach and target the right people.

The platform is updated every 90 days which is helpful as personnel changes happen quickly.

The platform is clean and intuitive, allowing me to navigate searches and build targeted lists with ease.

Search is great! The filters are comprehensive, letting me drill down by industry, location, company size, and even specific job titles. Build highly targeted lead lists, save the search and refresh monthly. Or better, have them delivered or magically pulled into your CRM.

Lead411 isn't perfect. There have been a few occasions where I couldn't find a specific contact, but overall, the hit rate is fantastic. Especially for the price point.

Lead411 helped me streamline my prospecting process and connect with the right people in lots of accounts. That said, be careful out there! We run everything through NeverBouce to make sure email addresses are double-good before sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Lead411 to drum up new leads and prospects, and it's been a breeze. Exporting contacts straight into our CRM and launching campaigns is super straightforward. We hardly ever need to contact customer support, but on the rare occasions we do, it's a piece of cake. We've hit a few bumps where contacts were marked as 'verified' by Lead411, but our emails bounced back immediately. It's puzzling how their contact info gets confirmed because, in some cases, the contacts no longer worked at the company or, more unsettling, had passed away.
