Scarborough Parkrun, Saturdays 8-<strong>10</strong>am, Scarborough Park. Put on<br />

your running shoes and head down to Scarborough for this free, weekly<br />

5km course. Travel at your own pace. It is a free event that can be ran,<br />

jogged or walked. There is always a tailwalker so no-one lags behind.<br />

Children under 11 must have an adult within arm’s reach and dogs must<br />

be on a hand lead. If you are interested in participating, sign up at www.<br />

interested in participating can volunteer at scarborough@parkrun.com.<br />
