This document describes the design and fabrication of a pneumatic vibrator. It discusses how pneumatic vibrators are used in various industries to solve material flow problems by applying vibration. The working principle is explained - compressed air is passed through a nozzle and hits the blades of an unbalanced mass mounted on a rotating shaft, producing vibration. Mild steel is used for fabrication due to its low cost and material properties. A 3D model of the pneumatic vibrator is created using SolidWorks software. The document concludes that pneumatic vibrators can make tasks safer, easier and more efficient by saving time and money.
