What do you like best about Cognism?

As a BDR, what I like best about Cognism is the quality and accuracy of the contact data—especially the direct dial numbers, which significantly increase my connect rates. What do you dislike about Cognism?

As a BDR, what I dislike about Cognism is that sometimes the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or those just getting started, which makes it harder to access all the features upfront. Also, while the data quality is generally good, there are occasional instances where contact details might be outdated or missing, which means I have to double-check before reaching out. Another challenge is that the user interface, although pretty intuitive, can feel a little overwhelming at first with all the filters and options, requiring some time to fully get comfortable. What do you like best about Cognism?

Cognism is very useful when it comes to finding the right People / Company / Roles. A lot of possibilities when it comes to saving group of search and/or optimizing research methodology. The extension banner is also very useful to only search when you need it without having to use "ALT+TAB".

Very well presented by the CSM and she seemed to be at ease with the tool, listened to our question and replied very well to it. She also seems to b reachable which is a huge plus in case of specific question or help needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

What do you like best about Cognism?

What stands out most for me is how reliable and accurate the mobile numbers are, especially for prospects in Europe. I've used multiple tools in the past, but Cognism consistently delivers direct dials that actually connect — which saves me a ton of time and reduces bounce rates in outbound campaigns.

The Chrome extension is another highlight — it blends seamlessly into LinkedIn and doesn’t require ten clicks to get one piece of info.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

What do you like best about Cognism?

I use Cognism every day at work.

The platform has become an integral part of my workflow, integrating seamlessly with LinkedIn and Salesforce. The ability to build lists, search based on personas, and uncover opportunities using the AI search function makes day-to-day sales activities much easier. What do you dislike about Cognism?

I find the hit rate of accurate contact details can be quite low when compared to other similar products, and although there are lots of features, I feel it is only intuitive when performing basic searches. - Generally, most of the official people are available on Linkedin, and there we get a chance to connect with them, but contacts are difficult to find !

- Data needs to be updated, as if the person have already left the organization, it should not reflect their last company data

I love its usability and the quality of the data provided. One of my favorite features is the Contact Data Quality filter. It allows you to choose between emails or phone numbers based on your needs, which makes it easy to refine your searches and quickly get the most relevant contacts.

Occasionally, I come across contacts with outdated job titles or phone numbers that don’t work, especially with very small companies or certain regions.
