What is "RubyKaigi 2018 Code Party"？

• RubyKaigi では毎年様々なプレイベント、アフターイベントが開催されています。そのなかに、コードで懇親するイベントがあったら良いなと思い、開催する運びになりました。
  RubyKaigi holds various pre events and after events every year. I think that it would be good if there was an event to have fun with programming and hold it.

• Ruby の父、まつもとゆきひろ氏にも顔を出していただきますので、気軽に質問できます。
  The Creator of Ruby, Yukihiro "Matz" Matsumoto will also participate for a while so we can ask questions easily.

• 海外からのお越しの Rubyist の参加も大歓迎です。 The Rubyist coming from abroad is also welcome.
