Clothing for the entire event is: Business Casual


Check out time is at 11.00hrs. The cost for the hotel rooms will be
paid by TEE directly, only your extras have to be paid individually
upon departure. Your luggage will be stored in a separate room.


Transfer is arranged for your departure. You will find the
departure information at the Toshiba reception desk in front of
the conference room.


We kindly ask you to return the name badges to Petra Blaim or Ina
Zimmer after the conference.
