GENERAL UNDERSTANDING Homologation or Vehicle type Approval is a test conducted on physical motor vehicles or research on design and engineering of motorized vehicles, trailers or trains patch before the motorized vehicle is made and / or mass assembled and / or imported motor vehicles modified. TYPE : Types are Motorized Vehicles, that have Same Main Specifications VARIANT : Variants are Motorized Vehicles which have different technical specifications, but not include the main specifications Completely Knocked Down (CKD), Motor Vehicle which is imported in a decomposed and complete state as a vehicle. Completely Built Up (CBU), is Motor Vehicle which is imported in complete condition Nomor Identifikasi Kendaraan (NIK), is the vehicle identity with combination of 17 (seventeen) character of letters and / or numbers posted / printed in vehicles or also called the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
