    Todo proyecto de formación debe tener definido su contenido, el lapso requerido para cada contenido y el objetivo a alcanzar con la formación. Para asegurar que todos se mantengan en el buen camino recomiendo realizar una reunión iniciar donde presentamos todos los puntos anteriores y establecer una línea del tiempo y un punto de control semanal para medir avances e identificar desviaciones en caso de que se presenten. En caso de que algún miembro del equipo se retrase con el proceso de formación, recomiendo abordarlo de manera individual y brindarle las herramientas necesarias (tanto metodológicas como manejo de las emociones) para que pueda retomar el ritmo y dinamismo del resto del grupo.

    Pour assurer la réussite d'un projet de formation avec des délais serrés rien de tel qu'un retroplanning. Il est indispensable d'y concentrer tous les acteurs du projet (gestionnaire du projet, formateur, stagiaire, intervenants externes ou prestataires), leurs missions et les dates auxquelles elles doivent être réalisées. Cela permet au gestionnaire de mobiliser efficacement chaque acteur et de les relancer si besoin au fur et à mesure de l'avancée du projet en leur donnant des directives claires avec une date d'échéance afin que chacun sache ce qu'il a à faire. Une bonne organisation est gage d'une bonne réalisation !
