Es importante aperturar la comunicación para recibir nuevas ideas y probar nuevas cosas. Muchas veces como líderes nos toca definir una herramienta y no necesariamente funciona igual en diversos squads o subequipos, pero lo más importante es facilitar la adopción de las tecnologías y definir expectativas necesarias para acordar con todo el equipo. La prueba/error es la clave, hasta sentir que el proceso fluye y no necesita de tu intervención. Las herramientas son muchas, pero mientras más sencillas sean de usar y aseguren los datos, mejor será la adopción y uso motivado de las mismas.

At Fortune 100 companies I have implemented tools that requires appreciation of business architecture modelling standards and frameworks - archimate, zachmans, Bpm, feaf, cobit etc. When the maturity is high the tooling is effective. In several mid sized to startups with low maturity , the same tool will introduce chaos. Even the most sophisticated business architecture tools are useless if no one (including leadership ) is not capable of thinking beyond common tools such as Jira, Miro, slack, clarify etc in the organisation. You just have to work with what you got.

Using a combination of skype4bizz, sharepoint, CMS based mgtmt system and a well-designed, reporting and management structure. The combination of a messaging / voice / video call system to stitch together a project from Asia over Europe to Americas together with the structures worked extraordinarily well. I've since done similar but with more up-to-date tools.
